We are long-time gym owners who believe in having a great facility with quality coaching. In order to provide our members with the best experience,
we are capping our membership at 100.
CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE?

If you have previous CrossFit experience, you can come join us for a class – your first class is free to locals!

We do strictly limit our class sizes, so please reach out to us to schedule your first session. 

We also have all-day Open Gym access for our experienced members!

NEW TO CROSSFIT?
To get started at Jump Ship CrossFit, contact us to schedule your first free class or a 1-on-1 session with one of our coaches. Your first session will allow you to meet some new people and get acclimated with our workouts, facility, and equipment.

After your first session, our coaches can help you decide whether you’re ready to jump into classes or should do a few more 1-on-1 sessions.

Our goal is to provide our members with a fun experience while receiving top notch coaching each class! Our classes are capped at 10 athletes and we will only accommodate 100 active members.

OUR WORKOUTS

Our Class Program comes from our programming company, Jump Ship Training.

Once you are a member at our gym, you can get access to the “Train Heroic” app where you can view the next day’s workout, log your scores and interact with coaches and other members!

Typically, each day’s programming consists of a group warm up, strength work, a conditioning piece and an optional “finisher”.

Some of the classes on our schedule are 90 Minutes long and will include the “finisher” piece as part of class.

SETH & DANI PAGE

Owners

Seth & Dani co-own Jump Ship Training and recently relocated to Hawaii!!

Seth has been a CrossFit affiliate owner since 2009 and has coached and programmed for many top-level CrossFit Games athletes.

Dani holds her CF-L3 and has been a CrossFit affiliate owner since 2014. She competed at Regionals 5 times and the CrossFit Games on Team CrossFit Fort Vancouver in 2016.

When they aren’t in the gym, you can find them at the beach or on a hike with their pups, Brady and Beli.

SANDY WHITTLE

Owner

Sandy got her start as a CrossFit coach in 2012 and has been an affiliate owner since 2015. Having spent time as both a competitor and recreational CrossFit athlete, she loves helping people discover their own CrossFit goals 

Sandy holds a degree in Dietetics as well as Culinary Arts, so when she’s not at the gym she is probably in the kitchen with her husband and son.

our Facility

Our gym is located in one of the brand new Kapaa Quarry warehouses (#3101).
Our facility has two bathrooms and we have a shower! We also have PLENTY of parking and space for outdoor workouts.
