New to training? Try our 4 week INTRO TO JS90 program to help prepare you for competitive training.

CLASS PROGRAMMING

A 6x/week 60 Minute program designed to be used in Affiliates or Functional Fitness Gyms.

REMOTE COACHING

Work 1-on-1 with a Jump Ship coach. Programs will be individualized and you'll have regular check-ins with your coach.

Jump Ship Training was founded with this mentality: "Focusing more intensely, on less total work, will get you the results you want faster." We have found the sweet spot when it comes to training volume. No matter who you are, we can fit it into 90 Minute sessions.

We put athletes on a clock with a concise and effective training day, with plenty of options for modifications as needed. The quick success our athletes had on these programs demonstrated the proof of concept and we've continued to expand our offerings ever since.
