If you have previous CrossFit experience, you can come join us for a class – your first class is free to locals!
We also have all-day Open Gym access for our unlimited, experienced members!

NEW TO CROSSFIT?
To get started at Jump Ship CrossFit, contact us to schedule your first free class or a 1-on-1 session with one of our coaches. Your first session will allow you to meet some new people and get acclimated with our workouts, facility, and equipment.
After your first session, our coaches can help you decide whether you’re ready to jump into classes or should do a few more 1-on-1 sessions.

Our Class Program comes from our programming company, Jump Ship Training.
Once you are a member at our gym, you can get access to the TrainHeroic app where you can view the next day’s workout, log your scores and interact with coaches and other members!

SETH & DANI PAGE
Owners
Seth & Dani co-own Jump Ship Training and recently relocated to Hawaii!!
Seth has been a CrossFit affiliate owner since 2009 and has coached and programmed for many top-level CrossFit Games athletes.
Dani holds her CF-L3 and has been a CrossFit affiliate owner since 2014. She competed at Regionals 5 times and the CrossFit Games on Team CrossFit Fort Vancouver in 2016.
When they aren’t in the gym, you can find them at the beach or on a hike with their pups, Brady and Beli.
MARCUS ADAMS
Marcus began CrossFit back in 2013. As a recent military veteran, professional fantasy football player, CrossFit coach, and Psychology student, he is fruitful of knowledge.
Besides tossing around a heavy barbell, he enjoys a good BBQ and intellectual talks that he’s not qualified to talk about.
JACKIE REED
Jackie has been doing CrossFit since 2007 and has been coaching for 6 yrs. If she’s not at the gym she is on North Shore paddling with Manu O Ke Kai Canoe Club in Haleiwa. Her passion is coaching and helping others reach there potential. She is often spotted with her 2 daughters hiking, beach cruising or seeking adventure.

I started CrossFit in 2016, loved it so much started coaching in 2017. I enjoy lifting heavy things with IAW. Also enjoy helping people reach their full potential through Nutrition Coaching! Army Veteran, former competitive cheerleader. I love all things fitness and have a weird obsession with the show friends. If I’m not at the gym I am probably at home binge watching tv with my husband.
BECCA OWENS
Becca was born and raised in Alabama (Roll Tide!) and moved to Hawaii with her husband in February 2018. After a childhood filled with gymnastics and cheerleading, she started CrossFit in 2011 and hasn’t looked back. When she’s not training or working as a speech pathologist, Becca loves being outside and riding her horse, Flicka. Food is her love language, especially in the form of dark chocolate and tacos.
JENNY ALBEE
MARCUS STEVENS
Marcus’ weightlifting journey started in 2010 and he started competing at Olympic Weightlifting in 2014. He has qualified for multiple National Championships and set over 15 Hawaii State Records across 5 weight classes. In 2019, Marcus joined coach Brad in starting Iron Athletics Weightlifting which quickly became Hawaii’s Largest Olympic Weightlifting Program.
BRAD HASEGAWA
Brad began his Olympic Weightlifting journey in 2014 and received his USAW level 1 in 2018.
In 2019, he and Coach Marcus Ofoia-Stevens decided to start their own weightlifting club called Iron Athletics Weightlifting. While he is not working or training, Brad loves to spend time with his wife, Brigitte, and his old english bulldog, Briar Rose.
our Facility
Our gym is ~8500 square feet and has a large CrossFit space, Weightlifting room and Open Gym space – along with plenty of outdoor workout space.
We have 2 bathrooms and one shower available to our members.
With our large space and outdoor space we are easily able to accommodate all state COVID mandates.
